Study of anti-radical activity of test substances is carried out in a relation to:

  • hydroxyl radical,
  • superoxide anion radical,
  • peroxide radicals.

Study of restoring activity of test substances is performed in a relation to:

  • radicals – ABTS • +, DPPH;
  • Fe3 + – iron regenerating activity (FRAP) – (Fe3 + in a complex of a tripiridiltriazin, K3 ferricyanide potassium [Fe3 + (CN)6], cytochrome C);
  • amperometric determination of regenerating activity.
